# LYNZA ResiCare > Institutional governance platform for psychosocial risk management in medical residency programs. Detects, structures, channels, and traces psychosocial risk in teaching hospitals worldwide. Born in Mexico, built for global graduate medical education (GME). LYNZA ResiCare is a multi-tenant SaaS platform used by teaching hospitals, medical residency programs, and graduate medical education institutions to comply with psychosocial risk regulations (NOM-035-STPS-2018 in Mexico, ACGME wellness standards in the US, ArbSchG/DSGVO in Germany, D.Lgs. 81/2008 in Italy) while protecting resident wellbeing. It provides traceability, anonymous reporting channels, professional referral pathways, and institutional dashboards. ## Core capabilities - **Anonymous, confidential, or identified reporting** of psychosocial incidents (harassment, burnout, violence, mistreatment) - **Case triage and routing** to wellness committees and external mental health professionals - **Wellness surveys** (burnout, formative climate, violence) with aggregated analytics - **Multi-tenant architecture**: each hospital configures its own campuses, specialties, roles, and care pathways - **Regulatory compliance**: NOM-035-STPS-2018, LFPDPPP (Mexico), GDPR-aligned data handling - **Strict data separation**: clinical information is confidential and never visible to hospital administrators; only aggregated institutional metrics are shared ## Key pages - [Home](https://resicaremx.com/): Platform overview, modules, compliance, contact - [Pricing](https://resicaremx.com/pricing): Subscription tiers for hospitals - [Demo](https://resicaremx.com/demo): Interactive product tour - [Partner Program](https://resicaremx.com/aliados): Strategic alliance program for consultants and clinical psychologists - [Blog](https://resicaremx.com/blog): Articles on resident burnout, regulatory compliance, psychosocial risk ## Featured articles - [Burnout en Residentes Médicos en México](https://resicaremx.com/blog/burnout-residentes-medicos-mexico) - [Cómo cumplir NOM-035 en Hospitales](https://resicaremx.com/blog/como-cumplir-nom-035-hospitales) - [LFPDPPP y Datos de Salud Mental de Residentes](https://resicaremx.com/blog/lfpdppp-datos-salud-mental-residentes) - [Medical Residents Suicide & Burnout — ACGME 2025](https://resicaremx.com/blog/medical-residents-suicide-burnout-acgme-2025) - [Burnout Medici Specializzandi Italia 2025 — D.Lgs. 81](https://resicaremx.com/blog/burnout-medici-specializzandi-italia-2025-dlgs-81) - [Burnout Assistenzärzte Deutschland 2024 — ArbSchG/DSGVO](https://resicaremx.com/blog/burnout-assistenzaerzte-deutschland-2024-arbschg-dsgvo) ## Audience Teaching hospitals, medical residency directors, graduate medical education (GME) program coordinators, hospital wellness committees, occupational health teams, clinical psychologists serving medical institutions. ## Languages Spanish (primary), English, with multilingual content for German and Italian regulatory contexts. ## Contact - Email: laura.rosas@mipsicoanalista.com - Origin: Ciudad de México, México - Coverage: Global (LATAM, North America, Europe) ## Legal - [Aviso de Privacidad](https://resicaremx.com/aviso-privacidad) - [Términos y Condiciones](https://resicaremx.com/terminos) - [Consentimiento Informado](https://resicaremx.com/consentimiento) - [Derechos ARCO](https://resicaremx.com/derechos-arco) - [Política de Cookies](https://resicaremx.com/politica-cookies)
