# LYNZA ResiCare

> Institutional governance platform for psychosocial risk management in medical residency programs. Detects, structures, channels, and traces psychosocial risk in teaching hospitals worldwide. Born in Mexico, built for global graduate medical education (GME).

LYNZA ResiCare is a multi-tenant SaaS platform used by teaching hospitals, medical residency programs, and graduate medical education institutions to comply with psychosocial risk regulations (NOM-035-STPS-2018 in Mexico, ACGME wellness standards in the US, ArbSchG/DSGVO in Germany, D.Lgs. 81/2008 in Italy) while protecting resident wellbeing.

The platform does NOT investigate, sanction, or replace internal hospital committees. It provides traceability, anonymous reporting channels, professional referral pathways, and institutional dashboards.
